How does Nexiderm-SP™ work?

Is there anything else I should do while taking Nexiderm-SP™? 
Yes, while taking Nexiderm-SP™, we do recommend that you maintain a healthy, active lifestyle for optimum results. Specifically, we suggest a balanced diet coupled with regular cardiovascular exercise and strength training. Furthermore, we suggest that you eliminate use of all tobacco products, as this can accelerate the deterioration of skin quality and increase the likelihood of wrinkles and undesirable contours in the skin of the face and body. Finally, if you drink alcohol, we recommend that you do so in moderation. 

Are there any side effects with Nexiderm-SP™? 
Nexiderm-SP™ has not shown to have any side effects, short or long-term. Nexiderm-SP™ is a non-prescription product that is formulated and manufactured by health care professionals.
